Some of our residents move from another city without having seen the units in person.  We can work with you to provide the information you need to feel confident about moving to your new home.

Once  you have decided what's right for you, return a completed application.  We will process it quickly.


If you like what you see here, go ahead and download an application here and bring it with you to the showing or Open House.


You may return your application via fax, email, mail, or in person; just let us know that it's on it way.  Don't forget to include the $35 application fee.

Here is what you do next:

• Sign a completed lease
• Submit a (refundable) security deposit equal to one month's rent to guarantee the apartment is yours
• 1st month's rent is due before move-in. 

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Check
• Cashier's Check
• Wire Transfer
• Online Payments!

Now What to Do?

• Set up utilities before you move in - Don't Forget Internet and Cable!
• We provide water at most locations, we will let you know if you have to set up your own water.
• Pick up keys & move-in packet before your first day
• Change your address with USPS
• Move into your unique home!
