1.  Schedule A Showing

Come see what we're all about. Check out the other places, then come visit us to find your future home at the best value. 

Some of our residents move from another city, without having seen the units in person. We can work with you to provide the information you need to feel confident about moving to your new home.

3.  Once Your Application Is Approved

Here is what you do next:

  • Sign a completed lease.
  • Submit a (refundable) security deposit equal to one month's rent to guarantee the apartment is yours.
  • Your 1st month's rent is due before move-in.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Check
  • Cashier's check or money order
  • Wire transfer
  • Online Payment - Coming Soon!

We cannot accept cash.

2.  Submit Your Application

Once you've decided, return a completed application. We will process it quickly.

If you like what you see here, go ahead and download an application here and bring it with you to the showing or Open House.

You may return your application via fax or in person; just let us know that it's on the way. Don't forget to include the $35 application fee.

4.  Move In!!!

Now What to Do?

  • Set up utilities before you move it.
    • Don't forget your internet & cable service!
  • We provide water at most locations, we will let you know if you have to set-up your own water.
  • Pick up keys & move-in packet before your first day.
  • Change your address with the USPS - click here.
  • Move into your unique, new home!
